NOTES ON BACKUP SOLUTION OPTIONS:      
1) Enter a whole number, 10 or any number greater than 10, in the "Backup Space Size" fill-in box.
2) Enter a whole number, 1 or any number greater than 1, in the "Number of Licenses" fill-in box. You can use the total space (Backup Space Size) with as many Licenses as needed.  Total backup space is shared across licenses. Licenses do not have any associated costs.
3) Licenses are a way to divide up and assign the total Backup Space Size among 2 or more backup service users/people. Licenses are similar to User folders on your computer. Once setup is completed you can assign "Nick Names" to licenses to easily identify what license is asssigned to whom. (i.e. License# 309 can have a Nick Name of "Joe Smith Backup Files" or "Joe Smith"...then we know that any online backup files associated with License# 309, are really Joe Smith's online backup files).
4) You can modify the Backup Space Size and Number of Licenses on a monthly basis.
